2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.04.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 16.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2193 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
