2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 324, 325, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with farsa on her head but no injury report was submitted by the prosecution in the court below.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
