2.Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay compensation of the land of the petitioners acquired by the authorities mentioned in paragraph 5 of the writ petition and to dispose of Record no.25, 26, 27 and 29 of 2018-

Patna High Court CWJC No.300 of 2023(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 19 by the District Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran ( respondent no.5).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have also filed representation dated 30.5.2022 (annexure 7) before respondent no.5 in this regard.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let respondent no.5 dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
