1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Both the parties have compromised the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67229 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
