JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For that the concerned respondents may be directed to publish the result of her husband vide Dr. Sachchidanand Ghan roll No. 1201100049 in the departmental examination conducted by Central Examination Board, Revenue Board, Bihar Patna by way of rectifying the name Dr. Sachchidanand connected as Sachchidanand Ghan.

(ii). For the concerning respondents may be directed to make payment of retiral benefit as

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that all the retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner has already stood paid, however, as far as grant of wage increment to her deceased husband is concerned, she may be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
