Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed for grant of relief of promotion and other benefits attached by virtue of their father who was in Government Service. Counsel further submits that father of the petitioners has filed several representations which is annexed as Annexure-P/3, but till date, no decision has been taken from the concerned respondent no.2.

Learned Counsel for the State on the other hand submits that petitioners have never filed any representation and the said representation on record is filed by the father of the petitioners who is now no more. And in this background, petitioners ought to file fresh representation before the authority concerned for their grievances.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioners to file their representation/complaint under Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 before the competent authority within 30 days along with the order of this Court and the concerned authority under the said rule shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation/complaint of the petitioners according to the time frame specified in the said rule i.e. Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019.
