2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even though they have filed an appeal before the District Magistrate against the orders of cancellation and the same is not been disposed of.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the C.W.J.C. is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, West Champaran to disposed of the appeal filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.14481 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 the petitioner as expeditiously possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
