2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sitamarhi Traffic P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-285, 125(a), 125(b), 105 of BNS.

3. As per allegation, a truck was being driven rashly and negligently which collided with a battery auto rickshaw, which resulted into death of two passengers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64744 of 2025(4) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The petitioners have been arrested in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are the driver and the cleaner of the truck. The petitioners are in custody since 11-05-2025.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The petitioners are the driver and the cleaner of the truck, said to have been driven rashly and negligently which collided with an E-rickshaw and resultantly, two persons died in the occurrence.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly, the same is rejected.

8. However, the petitioners may renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself after completion of one year in custody.
