The petitioner apprehends arrest in Salimpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147,341,323,353,504,225(B) of the IPC.
As per the written report, the police conducted raid in the shop of this petitioner and recovered stolen bag of rice. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and taken into custody for interrogation but due to interference of the family members of the petitioner and other villagers on call by petitioner, the petitioner managed to run away from the confinement of the police.
In such circumstances, the petitioner managed to run away from confinement of police by calling his family members
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44743 of 2018(4) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 and other villagers. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
