When this Court has been informed by the opposite parties that the enquiry report has already been submitted on 08.08.2013, there will be now no question for going into the issue of contempt inasmuch as by order dated 06.02.2013 the opposite parties were directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Admittedly, the copy of this order was produced by the petitioner before the enquiry officer on 08.03.2013 and, therefore when the enquiry report has been submitted on 06.08.2013 well within a period of six months there is no question of now
Patna High Court MJC No.4587 of 2013 (2) dt.22-01-2015 proceeding with this contempt petition which was filed on 02.09.2013.
That being so, this application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
