Petitioner is in custody in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 for the offence under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is student of B.C.A. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a student of B.C.A., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
