The petitioner seeks bail in Kochadhaman (Bishanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 295(A), 153(A), 501/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(A) of I.T. Act. Informant in his written report has stated that petitioner is a member of social media group and has posted malicious post on Prophet Mohammad which has hurt the religious belief of the informant and the muslim community. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. It has been further submitted that petitioner has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman (Bishanpur O.P.)
