JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.10.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14921 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Hajipur Sadar (Vaishali) has passed the final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 27.12.2023, whereby and whereunder it has been held that the respective parties have produced evidence regarding the land purchased by them, hence the encroachment proceeding cannot be proceeded with and moreover one title suit bearing Title Suit Suit No. 368 of 2020 is pending consideration before the competent Court of Sub-Judge-X, Hajipur.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner nor any rejoinder has been filed so as to rebut the aforesaid contention put forth by the opposite parties in the show cause filed in the present case, hence this Court has no reason to disbelieve the aforesaid facts pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties as also stated in the show cause filed in the present case, thus this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 21.10.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14921 of 2021 has stood complied with. 3.
