2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(b), 8(c),18, 29, 46 of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of opium plant from the land of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64091 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Session Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS, Patna in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.137 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the trial court shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner before releasing him on bail and if the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
