JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 It is frankly submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that, against the order of dismissal dated 29th September 2023, he has filed a statutory appeal under Rule 24 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 2005, but the said appeal is still pending.
2. Since the statutory appeal has not been disposed of, in my considered view, the instant writ petition is premature. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
