Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1482 of 2022.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 12.05.2022 and till date, prosecution did not produce a single witness in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2021.

Considering the period of custody and stage of the trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
