2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 (Mahadeo Ravidas) is alleged to have assaulted daughter of the informant by axe, petitioner no. 2 (Vikash Kumar) is said to have assaulted informant by Tangi and petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have assaulted son of informant by Khanti. All the injuries, sustained by the injured, have been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case and the case, lodged by mother of petitioner no. 1, is earlier in point of time.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
