2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504/506 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on 20.05.2024, at 09:00 A.M., all the accused persons and one Upendra Mahto in connivance with each other surrounded the informant near Kushwaha Chowk and attacked with iron rod, farsa etc. Co-accused Upendra Mahto

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69120 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained head injuries. Thereafter, Petitioner no. 1 inflicted iron rod on the shoulder of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the allegation against petitioner no. 2 to 5 is general and omnibus. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, there is specific allegation against him that he assaulted the informant on his shoulder.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
