Hoda Khan, learned SC No. 18, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that, petitioner may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that if such application is filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 04.09.2013 till date shall be excluded while
