The petitioner will file an application before the Collector, Katihar for excluding his land as the land in question is his ancestral land and which has been wrongly included in the land of the land holder.

If the petitioner files such an application, the matter shall be examined by the Collector, Katihar and he will pass a reasoned order after hearing the parties and examining the records within three months from today.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of till the decision of the Collector, Katihar in the matter. The possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
