Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder was registered against unknown, on recovery of dead body of a female, on the information of local Chaukidar.

Submission is that the petitioner was abruptly arrested in this case on suspicion and thereafter his confessional statement was recorded. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.01.2018. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34231 of 2018 (4) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarhwa Police Station Case No. 05 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
