Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.106 of 2019 dated 18.1.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 34,494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happens to be mother-in-law and the fatherin-law of the complainant and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons of demand of Rs.01 lac and for that torturing and assaulting her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

No.60151 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and nothing specific has been attributed against them and they have falsely been implicated in this case as well as they have nothing to do with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Rajiv Ranjan , J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.106 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
