2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
Patna High Court CWJC No.2802 of 2017 dt.21-04-2023 2/2 "I) To provide opportunity to the Petitioner Society to rectify its defect if any in the technical Bid. II) To consider the application/Bid of the Petitioner for Financial Bid.
III) To cancel the application submitted by the Respondent No. 4 to 7 as the same has been applied in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).
IV) To grant stay over the allotment of work under the aforesaid NIT as contained in Annexure 1. V) Any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. There is no interim order against NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) proceedings. In the light of these facts and circumstances, present petition does not survive for consideration.
4. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
