The petitioner has moved this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case no. 109 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39005 of 2022 by this Court.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
