ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 372/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl, but later on in the statement of aunt of the victim girl as also in the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has stated that nobody had kidnapped her and only the petitioner had taken her from one place to another and had not committed any illegal act.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.68235 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
