Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Two Ganja plants were recovered from outside the house of the petitioner. Allegation is that the petitioner was involved in cultivation of Ganja.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga/successor Court in connection with G.O. Case No. 02 of 2017.
