The petitioner seeks bail in Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 280/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 364, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of kidnapping of brother of the informant. It has been submitted that petitioner has been apprehended on the basis of suspicion only. There is no incriminating material against him, save and except the confessional statement of the petitioner that too before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
