In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2010 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 384, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 16 & 17 of the CLA Act.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 32420 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 18.8.2016, rejected the prayer for bail with a liberty to the petitioner renew his prayer for bail after nine months of judicial custody. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 3.5.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9230 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 Looking to the period of custody as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Uday Sada @ Manoj Sada @ Major, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2010.
