2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14792 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.03.2019 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.985 of 2015 and the judgment dated 23.06.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.985 of 2015 and other analogous cases.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents accedes to the aforesaid submission.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent nos.7 and 9 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent nos.7 and 9 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent nos.7 and 9 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
