The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The perusal of the entire statement of the victim girl, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., would show that she was a consenting party to go with co-accused Sona and this petitioner. She alleges that Sona forcefully married with her and was in physical relation with her.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60130 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No.87 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
