2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per the F.I.R. informant namely, Kundan Kumar alleged that on 20.05.2025 at about 09:00 PM, this petitioner assaulted one Mithun Kumar with Khanti due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of

No.65923 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S.
