ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 As agreed upon between the parties, a sum of Rs.10 lacs has already been paid by the Petitioner to the Informant.The receipts of the same are produced by the Petitioner, which may be kept on the record. He is also regularly paying Rs.1000/- for upkeep of his child in custody of the mother.

As agreed between the parties, further proceedings of Pirbahore P.S. case No.377 of 2012 pending in the court of Sri A.K. Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna is hereby dropped. The parties are directed to proceed for mutual divorce as earlier agreed upon so as to finally resolve the dispute. Application stands disposed of.
