The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon (Garahani) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place due to dispute of Rasta, but no injury was found in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that no fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
