The Petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No 282 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing gun shot injury on the cousin brother of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is lacerated injury. It has been

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing one year of custody in jail.
