The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366(A),372,376(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is not named in FIR. Informant is father of victim who had instituted FIR against Bigan Sahni and his family for alluring and enticing his minor girl for marriage. Petitioner earns his livelihood while working in Delhi and is not related with the case in any manner. Victim has alleged nothing in her statement before police or u/s 164 of Cr.P.C. except taking his name. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S.
