Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the Gumti of one Radha Kumar, with whom petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article.
