This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners allegedly committed assault and theft. Specific allegation of commission of assault is with the butt of the pistol.
Submission is that no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made. If the petitioners would have intention to commit murder, they had used the pistol rather than its butt. There is case and counter case. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
