2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.154 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, while the informant Shanti Devi was at her home, some boys were fighting for playing cricket in which her son sustained head injury. It is alleged that the co-accused Manoj Paswan fired from country made pistol due to which Baby Devi sustained gunshot injury and succumbed. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with bricks and stick due to which the informant sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71631 of 2024(3) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted the informant with bricks and stick but the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.06.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.
