Petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded pistol with one live cartridge from his house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
