2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 604 of 2023 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)2, 26(3), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the police got a secret information that an illegal arms factory was being run by the petitioner in his furniture shop. The police raided the shop and found a gun factory. Semi finished pistols etc., have also been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the manufacturing of illegal arms, this application is dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

7. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if his trial is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
