2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, some unknown miscreants came on motorcycle and stopped the informant's motorcycle and snatched the cash and mobile from the informant and his friend.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14071 of 2024, he has no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68419 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 concern with the seized mobile as well as cash and he is in custody since 09.08.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case as also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
