Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/354A/504/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution's case in short is that petitioners and other accused persons came to the house of the informant abused and assaulted her. petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant by lathi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Scuffle took place due to dispute of pathway. There is a case and counter case. Doctor found the injuries simple in nature. Allegation of commission of assault is
