2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 dated 07.10.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the suicidal death of the informant's son and the occurrence is said to have taken place on 05.10.2022, but the FIR was registered on 07.10.2022, the dead body of the deceased was found hanging from a tree and the informant simply raised suspicion against the petitioner and made an allegation of misappropriation of Rs. 6 to 7 lakhs belonging to the deceased, which was the consideration amount of the sale of the deceased's pickup vehicle but to show the

No.64466 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 petitioner's involvement in the alleged transaction, there is no evidence, in fact, the petitioner worked in several companies between 2018 and September 2024, and thereafter, he went to Dubai in September 2024. It is lastly submitted that the investigation against the petitioner has been completed and he has been languishing in jail since 21.06.2025 having fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the completion of investigation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022.
