Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the following prayer:- "For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate or any other appropriate writ for quashing of the order/Banka District Order No. 563/2013 contained in memo no. 781 dated 17.05.2013 issued under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Banka, whereby the petitioner has been relieved from district police, Banka to the district police, Bhagalpur on an erroneous transfer of the petitioner though the petitioner has never been transferred from Banka to Bhagalpur and further be pleased to reinstate the petitioner in the Banka district police, Banka with all consequential benefits."

has now sought to confine the prayer by only seeking liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent

Patna High Court CWJC No.19393 of 2013 (3) dt.20-03-2015 authority to get his earlier order of transfer changed or modified.

This Court without expressing any opinion would simply accord leave to the petitioner to file fresh representation and if he does so the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

Subject to the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
