1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the Writ petition is filed to command the respondents to produce before this Court the order by which platform in front of the shop of the petitioner is illegally settled by some other persons under the political pressure and in the personnel interest of the respondents.
2. However, it is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire market has been removed, therefore, the matter became infructuous. The Learned counsel for the petitioner also contended
Patna High Court CWJC No.3037 of 2017(5) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge any order, if necessary.
3. There cannot be any blanket order for any of the individual to challenge it in future. If the petitioner's fundamental rights are infringed, he is always at liberty to challenge them.
4. As the market in question is removed, the present Writ petition becomes infructuous.
5. In result, Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
