The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- in four installments to the complainant, namely, Amar Kant Jha and he will pay the first installment within 15 days from today and rest amount will paid in the gap of 15 days each.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43352 of 2018 (3) dt.30-07-2018 2 /2 petitioner, namely, Prem Shankar Choudhary, be released on provisional anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with LNM University P.S. Case No.60 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that if the petitioner would fail to make payment of first installment or any installment thereafter the provisional anticipatory bail will be treated to have been cancelled.
