The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she has submitted forged certificate of matriculation for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika but after verification, the certificate was found to be forged.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted the certificate of Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board but she has no knowledge about the genuineness of the certificate. The same was issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board. The petitioner was not appointed. The petitioner is a lady.

No.67214 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
