1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 30.08.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54165 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail application, bearing Cr. Misc. 54165 of 2024, inadvertently, the address of the petitioner, Ajay Singh, has been mentioned as resident of Village Rup Bandh,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71298 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 P.S. Jagdishpur, District Bhojpur, instead of resident of Village Nathmalpur, P.S. Barhara, District Bhojpur at Ara, due to which the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below. He further prays for correction of the residential address of the petitioner in the order granting bail, dated 30.08.2024, and further prays for for three weeks' more time to surrender before the Court below.

4. In view of the above aforesaid, the residential address of the petitioner, appearing in Cr. Misc. 54165 of 2024, is corrected and shall be read as resident of Village Nathmalpur, P.S. Barhara, District Bhojpur at Ara.

5. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 30.08.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54165 of 2024, be extended by further three weeks from today.
