After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that she is not pressing the challenge to the impugned order, however, the learned 5th Additional District Judge, Saran, at Chapra, may be directed to dispose the Title Appeal No. 106 of 2017 in accordance with law as early as possible within a period of six months from today.
