2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been harassed by non-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14423 of 2023 dt.09-10-2023 2/3 payment of Employees Provident Fund (E.P.F.) amount and other retiral benefits. So far as E.P.F. is concerned, the respondent no.3 - Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Limited, Patna is required to take steps for payment of E.P.F. to the petitioner which is to be credited by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna. Learned counsel submits that similar direction be made in case of the petitioner as has been passed in the case of Anil Kumar Srivastava Vs. The Managing Director, Bihar Food Supply and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited in C.W.J.C. No. 4323 of 2017 vide order dated 21.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid submission and information given on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent no.3 - Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Limited, Patna and the respondent no.5 - the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna is directed to ensure payment of E.P.F. to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Limited, Patna is further directed to ensure payment of other retiral dues as has been claimed in the present writ petition to be paid to the petitioner within a period of six
